UK Delivery

Our henna paste is freshly prepared each week for the best possible stain results.
Because fresh henna paste and pre-filled cones are perishable, we only ship them within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Next Day Guaranteed by 1 pm.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1–3 working days, though this is not guaranteed and may take up to 10 working days. Mehndi Seasons cannot accept responsibility for postal delays once dispatched.

For time-sensitive or bridal orders, please select Next Day Guaranteed. A signature is required on delivery; missed deliveries of perishable products are non-refundable. Non-perishable items can be resent once re-delivery fees are paid.

Orders for perishable items must be placed before Saturday 7 pm for the next dispatch date. Please double-check your address and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

International Delivery

We’re unable to ship fresh henna paste or cones outside the UK due to their perishable nature.
All other non-perishable products are available for international tracked shipping via Royal Mail. Once parcels leave the UK, Mehndi Seasons is not liable for any loss, delay, or customs-related issues.
The maximum parcel weight is 2 kg including packaging. For larger orders, please contact us for a courier quote.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If a UK parcel has not arrived within 10 working days (Tracked 24) or 5 working days (Next Day Guaranteed), you may be eligible to claim compensation directly through Royal Mail.
For international orders, responsibility transfers to the destination postal service once dispatched from the UK.

Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch—please check your junk/spam folder. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to hygiene and freshness, fresh henna paste and pre-filled cones cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it promptly.

Cancellations for perishable products must be made at least 3 days before dispatch; an admin fee may apply where a refund is issued.

For non-perishable supplies (e.g. henna powder, oils, tools, acrylic templates, or the Henna Artist Resting Cushion), we offer a 14-day returns period in line with UK distance-selling regulations.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
