Welcome to Mehndi Seasons. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.mehndiseasons.co.uk (the “Website”) and your purchases of goods and services from us. By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Mehndi Seasons is owned and operated by Sunita Patel-Passan, trading as Mehndi Seasons, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

  • You may browse and use this Website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse the Website or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
  • All content on this Website (including text, images, designs, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Mehndi Seasons and protected by intellectual property rights.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Website is accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Goods and Services

Mehndi Seasons provides professional Bridal, Party & Corporate Henna services, as well as a Henna Shop offering supplies such as fresh henna cones, fresh henna paste, henna powder, henna kits and accessories, and both Online and In-Person Henna Training.
All product descriptions, images, and details are provided in good faith for illustrative purposes. Actual colours or designs may vary slightly due to natural materials and digital display differences.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the available payment methods.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Mehndi Seasons does not store or have access to your full card details.
  • Delivery costs (if any) are clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, such as product unavailability or pricing errors.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver within estimated timeframes. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control (for example, postal delays, strikes, or customs issues).
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Mehndi Seasons is not responsible for lost items caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • This right does not apply to perishable goods, such as fresh henna cones or freshly mixed henna paste, due to their natural and time-sensitive nature.
  • To cancel an order, email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your items. Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, and returned at your own cost.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Order Deadlines and Dispatch Policy
  • Mehndi Seasons operates on a weekly dispatch schedule. Orders placed after the stated online order deadline for that week will be rolled over to the following dispatch date available.
  • If a customer places an order after the deadline, the order cannot be fulfilled in the current week’s dispatch.
  • If you request a cancellation and refund for an order placed after the dispatch deadline (or for any other reason), the Stripe transaction fee charged to us is non-refundable. Therefore, all cancelled orders will incur a minimum deduction of £2.50 to cover transaction costs.
Training & Workshops
  • Full refunds are offered if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the training date.
  • No refunds are given for cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled training date.
  • Any exceptions or rescheduling requests are at the discretion of Mehndi Seasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, branding, photography, and Website content remain the property of Mehndi Seasons.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website, goods, or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of your purchase.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Payments on our Website are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party provider. For more information on how your payment data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.
  • Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, partners, social media platforms, or suppliers). Mehndi Seasons is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites.
